Is This You?

Do you love checking things off a list?

Do you get real satisfaction from seeing a job finished completely and done right?

Do you enjoy making someone else's work easier?

If you answered yes, keep reading. This might be the perfect role for you.

Why This Role Matters

At Justice IT Consulting, we believe doing the little things consistently and doing them well makes a big difference.

We put a lot of care into staying connected with our customers. A newsletter that arrives on time, a handwritten note, or a thoughtfully packaged gift is a big part of how we build relationships and earn trust. Our customers notice, and we regularly hear from people who remember receiving our materials.

None of that happens by accident. It happens because someone makes sure it gets done, accurately and on time, every single time. That's the person we're looking for.

You'll be the person our Marketing Manager can count on. When something needs to get done, you'll be the one who quietly makes it happen.

What You'll Be Doing

Much of this work follows a regular monthly rhythm. The newsletter goes out, the mailings go out, and the supplies get restocked. You'll learn our process and then own it from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Printing, assembling, and preparing newsletters, sales letters, and other mailings.
  • Packaging outgoing correspondence and taking completed mailings to the post office or local shipping providers.
  • Keeping our mailing and marketing schedule on track so nothing goes out late.
  • Preparing and packaging customer gifts for special mailings and seasonal deliveries.
  • Keeping office supplies stocked and the office organized.
  • Handling routine administrative tasks.
  • Supporting our Marketing Manager with whatever needs to get done.

Optional extra hours may be available during busy seasons, such as helping deliver holiday gifts to local customers.

What We're Looking For

  • You finish what you start, every time.
  • You take pride in doing a job well, especially when the work is repetitive.
  • You're organized and pay close attention to details.
  • You're dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
  • You're a cheerful helper who's happy to pitch in wherever you're needed.
  • You're comfortable working independently once you've learned the process.
  • You're comfortable learning basic office equipment, software, and procedures.
  • You can responsibly handle company purchases and supplies.
  • You have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for local errands and deliveries.

Screening and eligibility requirements:

  • Background check and drug test. As part of our CMMC cybersecurity requirements, all employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • U.S. person status. Some of our work involves export-controlled information under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This role works on-site in our office, where that information is stored and handled, and may involve access to client records. Because of this, candidates must be a "U.S. person" as defined in 22 CFR 120.62. This includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), and individuals granted refugee or asylum status in the United States.

Previous office or marketing experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person.

This Role Is Probably Not a Good Fit If...

We want this to be a great match for you, so we'd rather be upfront. This role probably isn't right for you if:

  • You'd rather come up with new ideas than carry out existing plans.
  • You get bored doing the same task the same way each time.
  • You'd rather lead and motivate others than support them.
  • You're looking for a role you can shape, redesign, or grow into something bigger.

Our Marketing Team creates the plans and the content. Your job is to make sure they happen, accurately and on time, every time. If that sounds satisfying rather than limiting, we'd love to hear from you.

About Justice IT Consulting

If this role still sounds like a fit, here's what you'd be joining.

What We Do

Our purpose is simple: we protect our clients and their revenue by solving complex problems and tailoring solutions to their unique business.

We're a family-owned IT and cybersecurity company that has served businesses since 2003. Today we specialize in helping U.S. manufacturers that supply the Department of War get compliant with the cybersecurity standards they must meet to win or keep their defense contracts.

You don't need to know anything about cybersecurity, defense or compliance for this role. But it helps to know that the newsletters, letters, and gifts you'll send are how we stay in front of the manufacturers we serve.

What We're Known For

  • Two-time Titans of the Industry finalist for Manufacturing
  • 75+ five-star Google reviews
  • Four-time Top 250 MSSP in the world and three-time Top 500 MSP in the world
  • An Amazon Best Selling Author on CMMC compliance on our team
  • The CMMC Compliance Guide Podcast

Our Core Values

These are the values we hire for and live by. Here's what each one looks like in this role.

Secure Without Compromise

We never take shortcuts on cybersecurity, even when it costs us time or money.

What this looks like in your role: You handle company purchases, client information, and mailing lists with care.

Earn Trust Every Day

We respond when we say we will, own our mistakes, and always follow through.

What this looks like in your role: Mailings go out when they're supposed to. If something slips, you say so and fix it.

Lead with Optimism

We bring calm and confidence, even when things feel impossible.

What this looks like in your role: When a big mailing or a busy holiday season hits, you tackle it with a can-do attitude.

Deliver Excellent Craftsmanship

We don't just finish the job. We finish it beautifully, with attention to detail.

What this looks like in your role: Every envelope, label, and gift package looks like someone cared, because you did.

Cultivate Personal Growth

We invest in learning so every team member grows.

What this looks like in your role: We'll train you on our tools and processes, and you'll get better at them over time.

Foster Wow Moments

Every interaction is a chance to turn stress into peace of mind for our clients.

What this looks like in your role: A thoughtfully packed gift or a handwritten note is often the wow moment a client remembers.

Who We Are

When clients call us, a real person answers. No robots, no phone trees. Every employee is background-checked and drug-tested, because our clients trust us with sensitive work.

And we're not your typical IT company. We are family run, owned and operated. We also raise cattle, and we bring that same hard work, discipline, and resilience to everything we do.

You don't have to be looking for a career. You just have to care about getting the job done right.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a part-time position averaging about 10 hours per week. More hours may be available during busy weeks and seasonal projects. All work is done from our Burleson office, apart from local errands and deliveries.

We understand you may have family responsibilities, school, or other commitments. We're happy to work with you on a schedule that fits your life, as long as the work gets done on time.

For approved company errands and deliveries, we provide mileage reimbursement. When purchases are needed, you'll use a company payment method, so you'll never pay business expenses out of your own pocket.

This role is a great fit for stay-at-home parents, college students, retirees, or anyone who wants dependable, flexible work where their effort is noticed and appreciated.

We look forward to meeting you!

We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, citizenship status, or any other status protected by law.
